There's not enough rap music about Permaculture and homesteading
So I used AI to make some
In celebration of #FreedomMusicFriday, I thought I would generate some rap music using AI. I think it did a pretty good job! What do you think?
I know AI use is controversial but if we can harness its power to spread the message of liberty, we’re using the technology for good.
Lyrics below if you want to follow along.
[Intro]
Yeah...
We ain’t waitin’ on the system, we buildin’ the vision.
Permaculture prophets, regenerative kings. Let’s go.
[Chorus]
Off the grid, we livin’ legend, plantin’ seeds in the dirt,
Permaculture patterns, watch the whole system work.
Regenerative warriors, soil gettin’ richer every season,
Homestead independent, that’s the realest form of freedom.
No bill, no thrill from the corporate machine,
Solar on the roof, well water clean.
We grow our own food, raise our own crew,
Off-grid livin’, this the future, me and you!
[Verse 1]
I traded cubicles for calluses, concrete for canopy,
Now every inch of land is workin’ in harmony.
Guilds in the garden – comfrey, clover, fruit trees tall,
Chickens on rotation eatin’ bugs, droppin’ gold on it all.
Swales catch the rain, hugelkultur beds never dry,
Mycelium network underfoot, connectin’ earth to sky.
No chemical lies, no Monsanto ties,
Just compost tea brewin’, beneficials multiply.
From food forest to the fence line, biodiversity thrive,
One acre doin’ what a thousand factory farms can’t provide.
I’m stackin’ functions, every element multiplies,
Ain’t a waste in the system – we close every cycle, recognize.
[Verse 2]
Sun panels gleamin’, windmill spinnin’ on the hill,
Woodstove cookin’ dinner from the bounty that we till.
Kids runnin’ barefoot, learnin’ how the world really works,
Not from screens and schemes but from the soil and the herbs.
Barter with the neighbors, trade eggs for fresh milk,
No middleman takin’ cuts, keep it real, keep it built.
When the grid go dark, we still spark, still eatin’ good,
Canned, dried, fermented – got the whole neighborhood.
They laugh at the prepper till the supply chain snap,
Then they knockin’ on the gate askin’ for a garden map.
I tell ‘em: observe, interact, then design with nature’s map,
Regenerate the land – that’s the ultimate comeback.
[Bridge]
They want us dependent, scared, and plugged in,
But freedom starts when you disconnect and dig in.
Root down deep, crown up high,
We the earth’s response when the old world die.
Perma flow... regenerative glow...
[Verse 3]
From the city escapee to the multi-generational clan,
We takin’ back the power, one food forest at a time, man.
Raising heritage breeds, savin’ heirloom seeds,
Buildin’ earthships, rainwater dreams.
No more slavery to the grocery or the energy bill,
We sovereign on this soil, doin’ what the ancestors will.
This ain’t a trend, it’s a movement in the mud,
Heal the land, heal yourself – draw the same blood.
So plant that fruit tree even if you never see it bear,
The next seven generations gon’ remember you was there.
[Final Chorus]
Off the grid, we livin’ legend! (Perma flow!)
Plantin’ seeds in the dirt, watch the whole world learn!
Regenerative warriors, soil carbon storin’,
Homestead independent – this the real American dream!
We grow our own, know our own, own our own,
Off-grid throne, seeds we sown, now the harvest shown.
Permaculture kings and queens, let the whole earth sing...
Yeah... we off the grid.
[Outro]
Plant it. Tend it. Defend it.
Regenerate everything.
